    I had an issue with the delivery, but not Dragon issue. Parcelforce missed my package after import scan. I called Parcelforce, they said call the sender. I called Dragon, and they handled my issue promptly, and send me another package and are dealing with Parcelforce too. Claire from Customer service was very responsive and handled the situation exceptionally well, since I needed my equipment before the weekend. I got my package on friday evening and could make it to my game with my equipment.
